Shipping: 

RODI offers complimentary insured shipping on all U.S. orders.

In-stock pieces ship within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

To ensure safe delivery, all orders are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. If delivery is missed, the carrier will make additional delivery attempts or hold the package for pickup at a secure facility.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

For made-to-order or custom pieces, production timelines will be communicated separately prior to shipment.
