United States
RODI offers complimentary insured shipping on all U.S. orders. In-stock pieces ship within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.

Canada
RODI offers insured shipping to Canada, with delivery in 1-2 business days. All duties and taxes are included in the price shown at checkout, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.

United Kingdom
RODI offers insured shipping to the United Kingdom, with delivery in 3-5 business days. All duties and taxes are included in the price shown at checkout, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. To ensure safe delivery, all orders are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. If delivery is missed, the carrier will make additional delivery attempts or hold the package for pickup at a secure facility.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

For made-to-order or custom pieces, production timelines will be communicated separately prior to shipment.
