Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your RODI piece and cherish it for years to come. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, RODI accepts returns on eligible in-stock pieces within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact hello@rodi.co with your order number and request. Returns must be authorized prior to shipment. We will provide a return label upon request, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

All returned items must be unworn, in the original condition and packaging. RODI reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges are welcome and encouraged. Please contact hello@rodi.co to arrange an exchange.

Made-to-Order and Custom Pieces

All made-to-order, bespoke, and specially sized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Items designated as made-to-order will be noted during checkout.
